Taking games to the next gen.
I have been researching some ways to achieve post-production quality in a real-time game engine. Since this is such a broad area to cover, I broke it down into branches.
Characters
- Animation
- Deformation
- Materials
Environment
- Lighting
- Materials
- Ambience
I am first going to tackle characters since it is very possible and simple to drop a photo or matte painting as the background.
I will be using Motion Capture as a crutch for my animation skills and primarily focusing on deformations and materials.

Were Back!
Over the weekend a bunch of pirates captured my site and drowned it with spam. I apologize for any inconveniences this has caused. I am slowly restoring everything, and my demo is back online. The tutorials and scripts will be up shortly.
